Built in the spring of 2009, our private yoga studio adjoins the Spruce Cottage at The Inn at Woodchuck Hill Farm. Situated on the second floor, the studio has prime eastern exposure for morning and early afternoon sunlight as well as an outdoor deck large enough for group activities. The property provides access to a wood-fired sauna, two swimming ponds, on-site massage appointments, walking trails, and vegetarian meals with locally-sourced fresh produce.

Grafton is a small New England village with a population of about 600. Located in central southern Vermont, it is just over 30 miles from the Massachusetts/Vermont border. One can find hiking trails, museums, galleries, shops, and a small country store within Grafton. Bike rentals are also available. Nearby communities offer open art studios, shops, restaurants and local artist events. Our Kundalini yoga center is located 2 miles from the center of town on the grounds of The Inn at Woodchuck Hill Farm.
